This platform provides a web application for AI-powered content creation with TikTok and Instagram integration. The service includes:

• AI avatar generation and management
• Product image compositing with avatars
• Video slideshow creation with text overlays
• TikTok and Instagram upload functionality
• Content scheduling and management

3. Account Terms

To use this service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account usage
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Our subscription terms:

• Billing occurs monthly
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are prorated based on remaining subscription time
• AI-generated content (avatars, images, videos) is non-refundable once generated
• Credits used for content generation cannot be restored, regardless of satisfaction with results
• For failed generations due to technical issues, refunds are provided in the form of credits

5. Platform Integration

When connecting your social media accounts:

• You authorize us to publish content to your TikTok and Instagram accounts
• You remain responsible for compliance with TikTok's and Instagram's Terms of Service
• You maintain ownership of all content published through our service
• You can revoke TikTok access through your TikTok settings or our platform settings
• You can revoke Instagram access through your Meta settings or our platform settings

6. AI-Generated Content

Regarding AI avatars and generated content:

• AI avatars you create may be added to our shared asset library
• By creating an AI avatar, you grant us and other users a license to use these avatars within the platform
• You retain rights to composite images and videos created using your own product images
• Generated content is provided "as is" without guarantees of specific quality or results
• You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with platform guidelines before publishing

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Create deepfakes or misleading content
• Generate content that impersonates real individuals
• Produce illegal, harmful, or explicit material
• Use the service for spam or platform abuse
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Circumvent usage limits or restrictions

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any feature without prior notice
• Make changes to pricing with 30 days notice
• Update these terms at our discretion

9. Data and Account Management

Regarding your data:

• We store basic user information (email, user ID) and your created content
• Generated content remains available until you delete it or close your account
• To delete your account, email support@reelsfarm.com
• Account deletion removes all associated data

10. Usage Terms

Usage of our platform:

• Usage limits are determined by your subscription tier
• Commercial use is permitted
• Account sharing is not permitted

11. Service Interruptions

In case of service interruptions:

• We may provide credits as compensation for extended downtime
• No monetary compensation is provided for service interruptions
• We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram)

12. Intellectual Property

Our name, logo, and platform are protected intellectual property. You retain rights to content created using your own inputs, subject to the AI avatar licensing terms described in Section 6.

13. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING ANY CLAIM.

14. Legal Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
